    If ur depressed, try to change your life style that brought u to end up like this.

    One day, dont open facebook

    Dont open instegram

    Dont open tv

    And listen to ur thoughts because they are yours but not u

    They are a related to some of ur belief structure that mainly designed by society, the tv, the opinion of others in ur head

    When u wake up every morning u Have some amount of energy that u invest throw the day via attention, focus, awareness.

    Stop investing it in the outside of u (others people life & opinion and problems, your fake id self via facebook and instegram trying to show a specific life style of u that secretly u want others to accept

    Invest energy to urself

    Take a trip to some freely and quiet place grab a good Book (recommendin the power of ur subconciouss mind)

    Write some shit down in a note book and that will be a start of inner mentali spirit journy to u.

    Good change will Start there.

    No one born with self awareness or a book to how to live good life

    Thats our goal in life to always strive for Better

    Start to choose to believe in good

    Not because life around u is really good, but when u will choose to believe in good blindly, without knowing how it will, great power and wisdom that are asleep in you and in everything in this universe, will manifest that good you choose to believe.

    Its a laws, when u believe it or not,

    Its working for good, and bad.

    Its the law of belief, and all life designed by it.

    We all people got the same 24 hours.

    Start believing in good, in happiness, peace, ballance.

    Repeat it 100 times if needed to.

    Your thoughts are beliefs know this, us this, guard this, and u will be amazed.

    Dont fall to ur feeling body response when u try new positive thing, its because some belief backed with emotions weight in ur life and wont be easliy change like some happy person will not be easily depressed.

    Believe that u are connected to infinit beauty and wisdom

    And infinit beauty and wisdom Start to connect u

    With Clean belief. If u cannot belief cleanly, Start repeating it.

    What u think u believe, and that what u become and feel

    What you feel, you will attract in every espect in life (people, situation, result, things, and so much more)

    What u will imagine as pictures in ur mind u will create (dont believe me? Try pictures urself happy,

    Dont force and wait to see instantly reslut, u will know it after it happend)

    And if ur using drugs, stop.

    People whos happy drugs kinda lift theye happiness up

    People whos depressed only depress theyre reality with drugs and make them even more depressed.
